All confirmed event registrations and ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Afrisafe reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected participants will be duly informed and offered the option of a refund or credit toward a future event.

All sales of digital or downloadable products are final and non-refundable due to their intangible nature.
